This beautiful single-storey apartment, with a surface area of 74m², is located on the ground floor of a two-unit chalet and is ideal for a relaxing stay in our Aulps Valley.
Come: ski, hike, hurtle down the ski slopes in Déval'KArt or Trottinette, bathe in Lake Montriond or Lake Geneva, visit the Gorges du Point du Diable or the Abbaye d'Aulps area, do plenty of 'sporting and cultural activities or simply change the area and take advantage of the large 20m² terrace to relax.

A fully equipped kitchen open to the dining room with microwave oven, fridge, freezer, kettle, pressure cooker, electric griddle, toaster, induction hob, electric coffee machine and nespresso
