New apartment at the foot of the slopes in the heart of Saint-Jean-D'Aulps resort. This modern apartment is tastefully furnished with quality materials. Decorated in mountain style, it boasts mountain views, a ski-in/ski-out location and close proximity to the gondola. A private, closed garage and a large cellar serving as a ski room for storing all types of equipment are provided with the accommodation. A bicycle garage is also shared with the residence.
The apartment is composed as follows:
- A dining area with a wooden table and 8 chairs. A wooden buffet with a crêpe maker, a raclette machine and a croque-monsieur machine.
- An 18m² mountain-view terrace, equipped with tables and chairs for outdoor dining. There are also two wooden deckchairs
- A fully-equipped kitchen with a large fridge, a freezer with drawers, a 4-burner induction hob, a traditional oven, a single sink, a filter coffee maker, a senseo coffee maker, a toaster, a kettle and a citrus squeezer.
- Laundry facilities include washing machine and tumble dryer.
- A living room with a velvet sofa, two armchairs, two ottoman chairs and a coffee table. Board games are provided in the TV cabinet, and the TV is a connected TV with WIFI.

- Separate WC with washbasin
