The apartment is located in the center of the ski resort of St Jean d'Aulps, 50m from the ski lifts and with an open view of the Aulps valley.
The apartment is in perfect condition, functional, very well equipped with quality materials.
Access to the heated indoor swimming pool allows you a great moment of relaxation after your day of skiing or hiking!
The apartment is composed as follows:
- 1 Entrance with cupboard: table and iron, board games, clothes drying rack
- 1 Windowless bedroom with 1 double bed (160 x 190)
- 1 Bathroom: bathtub + shower screen, washbasin and cabinet, toilet, washing machine
- 1 Living room comprising:
A living area: sofa bed (140 x 200) with TV opening onto the north-facing balcony, view of the valley.
Fully equipped new kitchen: dishwasher, 4-burner vitroceramic hob, oven, microwave, fridge+freezer, toaster, filter coffee maker and Nespresso, extractor hood, Nespresso coffee machine
A dining area: 1 table and 4 chairs
ADDITIONAL INFORMATION:
- 1st floor without lift
- WIFI
- Raclette and fondue appliances
